Bice Del Galdo<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Bice (pronounced bee-jay)<\/strong> Del Galdo is a coach, consultant, author and speaker. Her unique background combines 20 years of Human Resource management, several years in executive search and the past 5+ years in Career Development and Life Coaching. This unique blend provides her with a unique perspective to help clients market themselves more effectively in order to make a successful career transition. Although she has coached executive from presidents to line personnel in all functions, she has specialized in coaching individuals with Asperger\u2019s, ASD and other social communication challenges. She has first-hand experience being a parent of an adult child with ASD.<\/font><\/p>\n\n

Bice helps anyone who needs a clearer path identify what they want out of life, and guides them toward their desired outcome. She is a change agent dedicated and committed to facilitate and train others to become conscious in what they do so that they can experience success and more joy in their life.<\/font><\/p>\n\n

After spending many years in corporate America, Bice followed her passion and founded Joy 2 Life LLC. The processes of Joy 2 Life coaching have been developed over two decades, and include unique tools and concepts. The methodology is based on psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP), accelerated learning theories, emotional intelligence, and leadership development.<\/font><\/p>\n\n

Bice holds a B.S. and M.A. in counseling from Montclair State University, and an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (SPHR\u00ae) from Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).<\/font><\/p>\n\n

She serves on the Board of Directors of ASPEN-Asperger\/Autism Spectrum Education Network, Inc. and is the Coordinator of the Adult Issues ASPEN, Morris County Chapter.<\/font><\/p>\n\n

Bice enjoys Italian cooking, traveling and spending time with family.<\/font><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n

Pooja is a Human Resource Business Partner with over 10 years of experience in business environments ranging from medical device and pharmaceuticals, to high-tech industry. She is recognized by executive staffs for successfully managing various Human Resources initiatives – talent management, learning and development, problem resolution and overall business partnership. She takes great pride in successfully hiring and retaining high potentials with technically sought after skill sets and leadership skills. She is acknowledged as having high credibility, involved early in problem\/conflict situations resulting in timely resolution and diffusion of issues. She has been selected as a key advisor and internal consultant to senior management on organizational and human resource matters specifically organization structure, design, performance management and morale. Pooja also specializes in facilitating annual talent management review process and succession planning by engaging executive staff throughout the process.<\/font>
